I have never bought a pair of KC shoes before.These I wore literally about 12 times to work in NYC and there is a significant hole in the bottom of 1 sole and the same area is very weak in the other. These are not my first pair of shoes, but they are the crapiest I have ever owned. I have been trying to get through to KC help desk with little success. Have not spoken to human being yet despite 10 minutes of listening to recordings. Absolute crap. I can relate.
