The deal is from a promotion they are running offering a free 2 year subscription to a magazine named Cookie when you purchase at least $25 worth of merchandise from Amazon’s baby store. If you read the fine print on the offer, you will find instructions for requesting a refund of the subscription by mail. From the offer detail:

Offer valid for US subscribers only. Limit one subscription per customer. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue. If you would like a refund for your 24 month subscription (a $15 value) as part of your purchase, send a completed copy of this form with a copy of your Amazon.com order confirmation, within 30 days, to: Amazon Special Offer, PO Box 37722, Boone, IA 50037-0722
